Scope of Work:

New two-story wing added to right side of house to compliment the finely detailed, shingle style structure. First floor new spaces include a guest bedroom, a bathroom, a mudroom, a pool cabana and a three-car garage. A children's playroom with a coffered ceiling and a guest bedroom are new rooms within the second story of the addition.
